1. What this service is

Punctual Plumber Pros operates a call center and scheduling service that connects homeowners and businesses with independent local plumbers in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada.

We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform plumbing work. We do not employ the plumbers we refer you to. Each plumber is an independent business that operates under its own licence and insurance, sets its own prices, and is solely responsible for the work it performs.

2. No warranty on the work

Punctual Plumber Pros does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by any plumber referred through this service. Any warranty, guarantee or assurance about the work is given by the plumber who performs it, directly to you, and is a matter between you and that plumber.

3. It is your responsibility to verify the plumber

Before allowing anyone to perform work on your property, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that they hold the licence, bond and insurance required for that work. Nevada contractor licences can be checked free on the Nevada State Contractors Board licence search. We encourage you to use it, and we say so on our guide to choosing a plumber.

4. Pricing

There is no charge to you for being matched with a plumber. You pay the plumber directly, at the price they quote you, and that agreement is between you and them. Any price range published on this site is a third party published market range, named and linked at the point it appears. Those ranges are for reference only. They are not our prices, not an offer and not a quote.

5. Information on this site

The guides and service pages on this site are general information for homeowners, not instructions and not professional advice for your specific situation. Plumbing work can involve gas, electricity, pressurised water and structural elements, and getting it wrong can injure people and damage property. Always have work assessed and performed by a suitably licensed professional.

6. How to reach us, and what you tell us

This website has no contact form and no email address. The way to reach us is to call (725) 325-2287.

When you call and ask to be scheduled, you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you are authorised to request work at that property. You agree that we may share those details with independent plumbers so they can contact you, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our phone line to make false requests, to place automated or bulk calls, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and branding on this site belong to Punctual Plumber Pros and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punctual Plumber Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a plumber referred through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third party links

This site links to third party sources such as the Las Vegas Valley Water District, the EPA, the USGS, Clark County and the Nevada State Contractors Board. We link to them so you can verify what we publish. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
