This policy explains what Punctual Plumber Pros collects, why, and who it goes to. Plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

This website does not collect personal information

There is no contact form, no quote form, no newsletter signup and no account on this website. There is nowhere on this site to type your name, your phone number, your email address or anything else about yourself, and nothing you do here sends us your personal details.

The only way to reach us is to call (725) 325-2287. Everything below about personal information describes what happens on that phone call, not on this website.

What the website does collect

Standard web server information, which our hosting provider records automatically for every visitor to every website: your IP address, your browser type and version, the pages you viewed, and the site or advert you arrived from. This is used to keep the site working and secure.

If website analytics is enabled in future, aggregate usage data would be collected through it to understand which pages are useful. Analytics is not enabled at the time of the date above.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank details or your card details. There is nowhere on this site to enter them, and you should never send them to anyone who asks for them by email or text.

What happens when you call us

When you call, the call center takes the details you give verbally: typically your name, a phone number to reach you on, the address or area where the work is needed, and a description of the plumbing problem.

That information is used to:

• Work out what the job needs
• Match it with an independent plumber who covers your area
• Pass your contact details and the job description to that plumber so they can contact and schedule you
• Follow up with you about that job

Who we share it with

Independent plumbers. This is the core of the service and the main sharing that happens. To match you with a plumber we pass your contact details and the job description to one or more independent plumbers so they can reach you. When you call and ask to be scheduled, you are asking us to do that.

Service providers. Companies that host this website and run our call center and scheduling systems, only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Legal. Where we are required to by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of anyone.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Calls and text messages

By giving us your phone number on a call you agree that we and the independent plumber we match you with may contact you at that number about your job, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to a text message to opt out of further texts.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking scripts at the time of the date above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Keeping it secure

This site is served over HTTPS. Because the website collects no personal information, there is no store of customer data attached to it. No website can promise perfect security and we will not pretend otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Nevada residents have the right under state law to ask that we do not sell their covered information, and as noted above we do not sell it. To make any of these requests, call us on the number below.
