What we are

Punctual Plumber Pros runs a call center and a scheduling operation for plumbing work across Las Vegas and Clark County. You call, a person answers, we work out what the job actually needs, and we match it to an independent plumber working in your part of the valley.

The call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is the whole point of the service. A supply line letting go at 2am is precisely when an answering machine is no use to anybody.

What we are not

We are not the plumbing contractor. We do not employ the plumbers, we do not set their prices, and we do not warrant their work. The plumber who arrives at your door runs their own business under their own licence and their own insurance.

We would rather say that plainly on our About page than bury it in a footer. It also tells you why the rest of this site is written the way it is: we point you at the Nevada State Contractors Board licence search and tell you to check the licence yourself, because that is genuinely the right advice.

What you will not find on this site

No review count, no star rating, no licence number, no years-in-business badge, no satisfaction guarantee and no financing offer. Not because those things are bad, but because none of them has been verified for this brand, and publishing an unverified credential is the cheapest possible thing for a competitor to disprove.

When any of it is confirmed, it will appear with a source. Until then the page stays quiet about it.

You will notice water softeners come up on almost every page here. That is not an upsell, it is the local reality. At roughly 16 grains per gallon, scale is the mechanism behind a large share of the water heater failures, seized valves, dripping cartridges and crusted fixtures in this valley.
